MCSIM BBQ!

On 28th September 2017, we had our annual BBQ event at Labrador Park. This year, we are more than glad to have around 85 participants to join us within a week of registration!

After gathering the participants at Labrador Park MRT station, we headed to the event area at the park together. Our amicable EXCOs distributed some snacks to our participants and make sure they get to know each other during the 15-minutes walk.

While some of us are setting up the BBQ pit, we gathered all participants for an ice-breaking session. They were grouped into small groups and took turn to give short introduction about themselves.The welfare department subcommittees took up the role as group leaders for each group, conducted some ice-breaking games while ensuring the group's safety.

The park was filled with laughter as participants had fun during the activities and got to know more new friends from MCSIM. As the sun sets, we were happy to start our main activity today - BBQ session!

Although the day ended in a snap of fingers, it was great to know that participants had an amazing day making new friends and enjoying the delicious food prepared. Memories and friendship forged will definitely last forever. We hope to see you all soon in our upcoming events!
